Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Life Insurance Broker Training Specialist, where you will play a vital role in developing the next generation of insurance professionals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver comprehensive training programs that equip aspiring brokers with essential knowledge and skills in life insurance, health insurance, property and casualty insurance, and related financial products. You will foster a motivating learning environment, ensuring trainees gain the confidence and expertise needed to excel in client-facing roles. Your energetic approach and clear communication will inspire future insurance brokers to achieve their professional goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Educate clients on financial products and services, promoting sales when appropriate.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients.
Promote financial products and services to enhance customer relationships.
Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance, to ensure adherence in all transactions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer relationships.

Skills:

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
Proven experience in telemarketing or outside sales is preferred.
Excellent analytical skills to evaluate client needs and market conditions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client accounts.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
