Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a contract/temporary opportunity in Norcross, GA. This role supports a busy construction and facility environment serving residential, commercial, and office-related operations. The Administrative Coordinator will be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, vendors, and employees while providing essential administrative support to plant, office, HR, safety, IT, and facility leadership teams.

This is a great opportunity for an organized administrative professional who enjoys variety, teamwork, and being a central resource in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep daily office and facility operations running smoothly. You will work closely with supportive leadership and cross-functional teams while contributing to onboarding, employee engagement, safety coordination, vendor communication, and general office support.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, vendors, and employees, including visitor check-in, logs, access compliance, and safety orientation coordination.
Provide administrative support to facility leadership, including plant management, general management, preconstruction, HR, safety, IT, and facilities teams.
Manage site calendars, conference rooms, training spaces, general communications, mail distribution, phone inquiries, and office routing.
Coordinate onboarding activities, onsite interview schedules, plant photos, basic PPE, uniform setup, and related new hire support.
Order office supplies, cleaning supplies, facility items, and assist with basic requisitions and vendor deliveries for meetings or events.
Support employee engagement events, safety documentation, HR kiosk assistance, IT onboarding and offboarding transactions, and equipment returns.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour.
Job type: Contract/Temporary.
Location: Norcross, GA.
