Full Job Description

Company Overview

Phinney Ridge Painting is a full service Residential Painting and Home Services company specializing in Interior and Exterior painting. We provide a full array of services to help maintain and beautify homes all throughout the Seattle area! We pride ourselves in providing high-quality sustainable service at a fair price.

We’re hiring a Residential Paint Estimator and Project Manager to sell and oversee residential and light commercial painting projects from start to finish. This role will be responsible for, estimating interior and exterior painting projects. As well as coordinating clients, field crews, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
You’ll balance office coordination with regular estimates and site visits to serve as the primary point of accountability for project execution.

Responsibilities:

Estimate interior and exterior painting projects.
Manage painting projects from kickoff through closeout
Act as the main point of contact for clients - answering calls, emails, and text messages.
Maintain quality control and lead the customer’s experience - ensuring they are exceptionally satisfied.
Support field crews with clear scope, priorities, and expectations. Daily managing 4-6 crews at a time.
Coordinate schedules, walkthroughs, and key milestones
Monitor job progress, quality, safety, and budget
Facilitate and manage change orders and documentation throughout the entire process
Lead final walkthroughs and ensure clean project closeout

Qualifications:

5-10 years minimum experience as a professional house painter
2+ years of construction sales experience required.
2+ years of previous management experience in painting or construction required.
Strong organization and communication skills.
Comfortable organizing weekly/monthly calendar to ensure efficient processes
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Problem solving and customer relation skills
Create a great work environment while upholding standards and accountability
