We are a premier commercial furniture and casework manufacturer located in Woodinville, WA and are looking for an amazing Beam Saw / Panel Saw Operator. If your friends and family describe you as energetic, obsessed with the details, and an all-around hard worker. DAILY ROUTINE:

As a Saw Operator, you love saw dust, are great with numbers, and get kick out of Tetris (ie. achieving the best material utilization). If you’re a novice, we’ll train you, if you’ve had more than a few splinters, we’ll put you straight to work!
Ability to read and understand manufacturing objectives from construction drawings, specifications, and supplemental documentation.

MINIMUM SKILLS NEEDED:

Have familiarity and experience with basic math skills such as decimals, metric vs standard, and geometry.
Be able to troubleshoot potential issues and supply alternate solutions when needed.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience is definitely a plus, but we’re open to talk! We’re about quality people. If you’re innovative, have a proven ability to communicate well with all people, and can find a way to hurdle the bumps in the road as they come out of nowhere, then we’re a match. Results speak louder than words. Shop experience is preferred but not required.
A willingness to learn!

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE THESE SKILLS:

Have worked in the woodworking industry in the past.
Experience operating other digital machinery such as CNC routers, Edgebander, dowel insertion machine, overhead sanders, etc.
Be forklift certified (We have the ability to certify those that are not currently certified)
Have a working knowledge of how casework integrates with other products such as metal, glass, stone and solid surface.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
