Full Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This is a great opportunity to work in the food industry and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Seat guests and assist with menu selection
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for each guest
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service
- Knowledge of culinary terms and familiarity with food industry practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required
