Location: CountryHouse Cedar Rapids, IA
Schedule: On-Call | Minimum of two 8-hour shifts per month

What You'll Do

Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report changes in condition.
Engage residents in activities that encourage connection, independence, and joy.
Work closely with families and fellow team members to provide personalized, compassionate care.
Uphold safety, dignity, and respect in everything you do.

What Makes You a Great Fit

The ability to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support your team.
Strong communication skills with patience, compassion, and empathy.
Previous caregiving experience is a plus—but not required. We provide training!
