Job Title: Chiropractic Front Desk & Insurance Coordinator

We are a growing, patient-focused chiropractic office seeking a reliable, organized, and experienced professional to join our team in a part-time, in-person role.

This position is ideal for someone with prior experience in a chiropractic, medical, or physical therapy office who is comfortable managing front desk responsibilities while also supporting insurance verification, billing follow-up, and patient communication.

Schedule: Part-time 3 days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Morning coverage needed: 8:45 AM - 1:15 PM Additional hours may be available depending on shift coverage

What you will do:

Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out
Answer phones and provide professional patient support
Schedule appointments and help maintain office flow
Verify insurance and handle insurance-related correspondence
Assist with billing follow-up and administrative documentation
Keep patient records organized and up to date

What we are looking for:

Previous front desk experience in a chiropractic, medical, or physical therapy office
Experience with insurance verification, billing support, or insurance correspondence
Strong communication and phone etiquette
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Dependable, team-oriented, and professional

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
