Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented front desk associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of inquiries.
Manage client scheduling and coordinate appointments effectively.
Process client service requests including check deposits, money movement transactions, account updates, and financial paperwork.
Maintain accurate client records, process account maintenance requests, and update CRM and other internal systems.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service in a professional environment
Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate client records.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building client relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential client information with discretion and professionalism.
