Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Staff member to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive experience for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a warm and friendly environment
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management to ensure optimal organization of meetings and events
Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support office workflows
Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks
Support office management by coordinating supplies, maintaining cleanliness of the front desk area, and assisting with clerical duties such as photocopying and faxing
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries accurately and professionally in both English and bilingual communication as needed

Experience

Prior office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping skills such as QuickBooks preferred
Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or personal assistant roles will be considered an asset
Demonstrated ability to handle administrative responsibilities such as calendar management, proofreading, filing, and time management

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
