Prep Cook – Ecommerce Production Kitchen

Location: Woburn Commissary Kitchen (Greater Boston Area)
Compensation: Starting at $20.00 an hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do

Prepare ingredients for large-batch production including washing, chopping, slicing, portioning, and labeling
Follow standardized recipes and production sheets to ensure consistency and quality
Support ecommerce and restaurant production needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
Assist production leads and kitchen leadership as needed
Drive the company van to transport food, supplies, or equipment between locations

Who You Are

Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Comfortable working in a high-volume production kitchen
Able to follow direction and execute recipes accurately
Organized and efficient with strong time-management skills
A team player who maintains a positive attitude
Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting 50+ lbs
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Full availability, including weekends and holidays
