Our menu celebrates modern American, farm-to-table cuisine featuring seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms and producers whenever possible.

Our beverage program is an integral part of the guest experience. Our craft cocktails have been developed by a renowned mixologist, while our wine list, curated by an Advanced Sommelier from Napa Valley, features a carefully selected collection of biodynamic, organic, and natural wines. We are committed to creating memorable dining experiences through sincere hospitality and active involvement in the community we proudly serve.

Position Summary

We are seeking hospitality professionals who believe that serving guests is more than taking orders—it is about creating genuine connections and delivering experiences that people remember.

As a Server, you will be an ambassador of our restaurant's philosophy, guiding guests through our seasonal menu, thoughtfully recommending beverage pairings, and anticipating every need with confidence and grace. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, curious about wine and craft cocktails, and dedicated to providing warm, polished service that makes every guest feel like a regular.

Responsibilities

Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service throughout every stage of the dining experience.
Become an expert on our seasonal farm-to-table menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and sourcing.
Make thoughtful recommendations for food, cocktail, and wine pairings based on guest preferences.
Develop a working knowledge of our biodynamic, organic, and natural wine program and communicate it with confidence.
Educate guests about our craft cocktail program and seasonal beverage offerings.
Anticipate guest needs while maintaining a calm, professional presence in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to provide seamless service.
Maintain impeccable table presentation, cleanliness, and attention to detail throughout each shift.
Process orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely communication with the kitchen and bar.
Resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
Participate in ongoing food, wine, cocktail, and hospitality education.
Represent the restaurant's values both inside the restaurant and at community events when applicable.

Qualifications

Previous serving experience in an upscale casual or full-service restaurant preferred.
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in food, wine, and craft cocktails; wine knowledge is a plus but not required.
Ability to learn and retain detailed menu and beverage knowledge.
Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service periods.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
