Senior Ag Lender: (On-site in Knox County, Nebraska)

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a diverse agricultural lending portfolio, ensuring sound credit quality and customer satisfaction.
Partner with producers, ag businesses, and community members to understand their goals and structure financial solutions that fit their needs.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior lenders and staff, helping to shape the bank’s ag lending strategy.
Contribute to strategic planning and business development, with opportunities to advance within the organization.
Maintain strong ties to the ag community through networking, events, and industry engagement.

Requirements:

5+ years of agricultural lending experience with proven portfolio management skills.
Solid understanding of ag credit analysis, underwriting, and risk management.
A relationship-driven professional with a genuine passion for agriculture and rural communities.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Ag Economics, Finance, or related field preferred.
