CNC Lathe Machine Operator Wanted
Anaheim, CA
$26–$35/hour DOE
Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Available

The CNC Lathe Machinist is an integral member of our shop team, supporting standalone milling and lathe operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
1–3 years of CNC milling experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines
Measure and inspect parts using work instructions and blueprints
Run multiple jobs simultaneously
Perform preventative maintenance
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain quality and safety standards

Preferred Skills

GibbsCAM or Mastercam programming experience
Knowledge of metals and alloys
Quality inspection experience
LEAN manufacturing knowledge
Experience with manual mills, lathes, and grinders

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
Stand for extended periods
Perform repetitive motions, bending, and maneuvering in tight spaces
