Full Job Description

Now providing virtual care AND medical to full time employees!

Accuracy Automotive, having won Best of State 2026, is a growing company and is looking for a growth motivated individual to join our team! We have a very good work/life balance mindset and we look to hire great employees that are team oriented and will give our customers the best experience possible to represent our brand.

We are essentially just needing someone who can primarily write detailed estimates and assist in answering phone calls. Other job duties listed below.

This position requires a little less than a service advisor or manager, but does provide the opportunity to grow into a bigger position.

Responsibilities:

Assist Shop Manager.
Answer Phone Calls.
Schedule appointments.
Create Estimates on Repairs.
Provide friendly, professional customer experience.
Greets patrons when the arrive.
Inquire as to reason for customer visit.
Takes detailed notes with regard to customer’s vehicle issues.
Asks follow up questions as necessary.
Enters customer’s personal information in computer system
Draws up work order with specific details.
Assigns vehicle inspection to mechanic.
Acts as liaison between customer and vehicle technician.
Imparts information to customer regarding the work recommended by the mechanic.
Developing cost estimates, logging needed parts and the time needed for repairs, and scheduling the most appropriate Service Technician.
Answers customer questions regarding condition of the vehicle, wait time, and cost.
Explains terminology and the nature of work needed to customer.
Contacting customers in the case of additional work to relay the details and extra costs.
Explains billing details to customer.
Processes customer payments.
Maintains logs of vehicle work completed.
Answers service area phones and schedules appointments as needed.

Skills:

Computer data entry
Experience with Tekmetric is helpful
Customer service skills including proper phone etiquette
Searching for parts information
Reading Diagrams
Creating detailed estimates for customers
Familiarity with parts ordering through Mitchell1 with suppliers such as Worldpac, Oreilly's, Auto Zone, FMP, Parts Authority, Repairlink, etc...

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
