About Us

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-precision aerospace parts. Your expertise will ensure that our products meet stringent industry standards and contribute to the advancement of aerospace technology.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and multi-axis machining centers, to produce aerospace components.
Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Select and inspect tools, fixtures, and materials to meet aerospace standards.
Perform in-process and final quality checks using advanced measuring tools (CMMs, micrometers, calipers, etc.).
Troubleshoot machining or programming issues to maintain production efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to meet project deadlines and resolve technical challenges.
Maintain detailed records of production runs, inspections, and machine maintenance.
Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2–5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist, preferably in an aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
Experience with advanced measuring tools (CMMs, micrometers, calipers).
Familiarity with aerospace quality standards, including AS9100.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or certification in machining is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with 3–5 axis CNC machines.
Knowledge of aerospace materials such as titanium, aluminum, and composites.
Familiarity with machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
