Clinical Services

Our clinical staff work directly with patients to deliver high-quality medical care and treatment.

Typical roles may include:

Ophthalmic Technicians
Ophthalmic Scribes
Surgical Coordinators

Responsibilities:

Assisting with patient care and procedures
Collecting patient information and documentation
Coordinating treatment plans
Supporting providers during examinations and procedures

Front Office & Patient Services

Our front office team creates a welcoming experience and ensures smooth clinic operations.

Typical roles may include:

Receptionists
Scheduling Coordinators

Responsibilities:

Greeting patients and visitors
Scheduling appointments
Managing patient registration and records
Answering phones and coordinating communications

Billing & Revenue Cycle

This department helps ensure accurate billing and reimbursement processes.

Typical roles may include:

Medical Billing Specialists (Ophthalmic billing preferred)
Insurance Verification Specialists
Revenue Cycle Representatives

Responsibilities:

Processing insurance claims
Reviewing patient accounts
Managing payment collections
Ensuring billing compliance and accuracy

Optical Department

Our Optical team helps patients achieve their best vision through exceptional customer service, eyewear fitting, and support of the eye care process. This department plays an important role in helping patients select and receive eyewear that meets their vision needs and lifestyle.

Typical roles may include:

Opticians
Optical Sales Associates

Responsibilities:

Assisting patients with frame and lens selection
Measuring and fitting eyeglasses
Educating patients about lens options and products
Verifying prescriptions and preparing eyewear orders
Adjusting, repairing, and dispensing eyewear
Processing optical orders and maintaining inventory
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience
