Start Your Career in Health Insurance Sales

Are you motivated by helping people, building relationships, and reaching your goals? Blueprint Health Agency is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Closers

This is a great opportunity to start or grow your sales career in a supportive, in-office environment. You'll work with prospective customers, understand their needs, explain health insurance options, and help them find coverage that fits their situation.

No extensive insurance sales experience is required. We're looking for motivated people who are coachable, professional, and ready to learn.

What You'll Do

As a Health Insurance Sales Representative, you'll guide prospective customers through the sales process from initial conversation to enrollment.

Connect with prospective customers through phone and video consultations.
Work with pre-qualified leads and follow up with interested prospects.
Ask questions to understand customers' needs and coverage goals.
Explain health insurance options in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
Recommend solutions based on each customer's individual needs.
Answer questions and address concerns professionally.
Guide customers through the enrollment process.
Follow up with prospects to help move opportunities forward.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Work toward individual and team sales goals.

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of insurance experience to succeed here. We're looking for people with the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

You'll be a strong fit if you have:

The ability and willingness to obtain a Life and Health Insurance license.

Previous sales, customer service, healthcare, retail, or insurance experience is a plus, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Growth

This is a Base + Commission opportunity with an expected earning range of approximately $60,000–$185,000 annually, based on performance.
