Full Job Description

At Endocrinology Associates, PA, we specialize in endocrinology, providing compassionate and comprehensive care to our patients. Our team is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of those we serve, and we are looking for a motivated and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team. MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO CHANDLER OFFICE OCCASIONALLY.

Position Overview:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. Your role will involve managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks to support our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Check patients in, verifying demographics and updating EMR.
Schedule follow up patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources.
Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Collect payments.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 7:00AM-4:00PM MONDAY- FRIDAY

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
