Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Join Healing Springs Wellness Center's Transformative Wellness Team

Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist

Location: Plantsville, CT with Hybrid Schedule Options

Hours: 15-24 Hours Part-time

Full-time: 25 hours +

Hybrid Position: Telehealth and in person. Must work two evenings and at least two days in the office.

About Healing Springs Wellness Center: Healing Springs Wellness Center is an integrative wellness center that supports clients with a diverse range of needs through a holistic approach to mental health and wellness. Our center is a sanctuary for healing, blending evidence-based mental health practices with complementary wellness modalities to create a deeply restorative experience. Guided by founder Shawniel Chamanlal, we are building a wellness environment that values inclusivity, whole-person care, and culturally responsive practices.

We are expanding our team with trauma-skilled therapists trained in EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, ART, TF-CBT, and DBT, who are passionate about this integrative approach to wellness. At Healing Springs, we foster a collaborative environment that encourages growth, creativity, and transparency. Here, team members feel supported, grounded, and inspired to contribute to the center's vision of holistic healing.

Role and Responsibilities: As a member of our team, you’ll deliver compassionate, integrative mental health care, while we support you by managing administrative needs such as client screenings, billing, and marketing. Our therapists focus on trauma-informed, whole-person care that incorporates EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and other modalities. The ideal candidate will:

Provide high-quality, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed mental health therapy to adults, teens, families, and groups.
Create and manage comprehensive treatment plans during intake and through 90-day treatment reviews.
Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation (recommended within 24 hours of service).
Collaborate actively as a positive and committed member of our clinical team.
Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and wellness innovations.
Adhere to HIPAA and other professional standards to ensure confidentiality and ethical client care.

Qualifications

Current licensure in Connecticut (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or Psychologist).
At least 2 years of clinical experience with trauma-informed care and integrative wellness practices.
Availability to work at least two evenings per week and two days in the office.
Reliable internet and a secure, private home office for remote work.
