Project Manager – Reconstruction/Restoration
Pay: $20hr DOE

Hours: 8AM - 5PM

Do you enjoy helping people through challenging situations while leading projects from start to finish? We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee reconstruction and restoration projects. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys working with people, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate, sell, and manage reconstruction projects
Educate customers on the process and maintain clear communication
Define project scope, budget, and schedule
Ensure permits are obtained and compliance requirements are met
Review and approve estimates with customers and clients
Coordinate subcontractors and vendors
Monitor quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction throughout the project

Qualifications:

Knowledge of construction processes (framing, drywall, paint, finish carpentry, etc.)
Restoration industry experience required (mitigation and reconstruction).
IICRC WRT certification required (expired certifications may be considered); ASD, ORT, FSDRT, TCR, or similar certifications are a plus.
Experience with Xactimate estimating and insurance claim processes.
Strong project management, customer service, and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods
Work in varied conditions (heat, heights, climbing ladders, etc.)

Experience:

Knowledge of construction processes: 1 year (Preferred)
Xactimate estimating and insurance claim processes: 1 year (Preferred)
project management, customer service, and leadership skills: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Driver's License, clean driving record (Required)
