Overture is seeking dedicated individuals and families who are willing to open up their homes to serve an individual with an Intellectual or Developmental Disability. How long of a commitment is it? Answer: Overture requires a 1-year contract but are ultimately seeking individuals who want to make this way of living their lifestyle.
What happens if the "match" isn't RIGHT? Answer: Although we ask for a 1- year commitment; at any point in time, yourself or the individual in your home can give Overture a 1-month notice.
What does the "matching process" look like? Answer: Overture takes pride in making the RIGHT match for you and your family. We do this by getting to know you and/or your families lifestyle, goals, daily routines and the level of commitment you are willing to give to an individual. With that information, we seek individuals who we think would "fit right in" to your or your family's dynamic and routines.
What happens if myself or my family wants to take a vacation? Answer: Overture works with families to find and obtain Respite Providers who can step in when you need a well-deserved break. It's also important to note that the individual can go with you on your family vacation!

Requirements:

Individuals interested must live in Nevada.
Individuals must have an available bedroom in their home.
Individuals interested must pass a background check.
Individuals must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Individuals must be willing to become an Independent Contractor.

Responsibilities:

Person-Centered Plans: Implement and monitor plans tailored to the individual's needs and goals.
