Full Job Description

Tecno Display is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Office Assistant to help with day-to-day office tasks. This is a good opportunity for someone who is organized, careful, and willing to learn. No prior office experience is required. We will train the right person on everything they need to know, including our ERP system, shipping paperwork, document handling, and internal processes.

This position can be part-time or full-time, ranging from approximately 20 hours per week up to 40 hours per week. The schedule must be consistent from week to week. Students are welcome to apply, and we are open to adjusting the schedule each semester if needed.

Responsibilities include:

Scanning and organizing documents
Preparing and assisting with LTL freight paperwork
Preparing small parcel shipping paperwork
Checking and distributing mail
Filing and organizing office documents
Helping maintain accurate records in our ERP system
Assisting with miscellaneous clerical and office tasks
Help organize product images, website content, and update documents
Following instructions carefully to avoid errors

What we are looking for:

Strong attention to detail
Reliability and consistent attendance
Ability to follow instructions carefully
Basic computer skills
Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
Good organization skills
Ability to work independently after training
Professional and respectful communication

Experience:

No prior experience is required. This is an entry-level position, and training will be provided.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday during our business hours of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The employee may set a consistent schedule within those hours. Students may update their schedule each semester with approval.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
