One of the product lines that CAVU is focused on are our award-winning Escape Lounges, our line of premier, common-use airport lounges, showcasing hospitality operations and experiences for our Guests.

Join our culinary team and help deliver a first-class dining experience to our guests! We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Back of House Supervisor to lead daily kitchen operations in our upscale airport lounge. In this key leadership role, you'll ensure top-tier food quality, safety, and cleanliness while mentoring a dedicated team to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience. What You’ll Do:

Oversee BOH staff, scheduling, food prep, inventory, and safety compliance
Manage kitchen operations, ordering, and equipment maintenance
Train and lead team members in food safety, SOPs, and service standards
Support menu launches, collaborate on staffing plans, and ensure high performance
Ensure compliance with airport, safety, and health regulations
