We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and detail-oriented Patient Resupply Specialist to join our growing team.

Position Summary

As a Patient Resupply Specialist, you will help patients maintain successful CPAP therapy by ensuring they receive replacement masks, tubing, filters, cushions, headgear, and other supplies when eligible through their insurance benefits.

This role combines patient education, customer service, care coordination, and order management. You'll build lasting relationships with patients while helping them stay compliant with therapy and improve their overall health.

Responsibilities

Proactively contact patients who are eligible for replacement CPAP supplies.
Educate patients on recommended replacement schedules and the importance of maintaining their equipment.
Verify insurance eligibility, replacement frequency, and patient benefits.
Confirm shipping addresses, demographic information, and physician information.
Process resupply orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with insurance companies, physician offices, billing, and internal departments to resolve issues that may delay orders.
Obtain updated documentation or physician orders when required.
Document all patient interactions accurately within company systems.
Follow up on pending orders and incomplete documentation.
Meet productivity, quality, and customer service expectations.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in healthcare, DME, medical office, customer service, patient coordination, or inside sales preferred.
Experience with CPAP equipment is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
