Full Job Description

We are a clean, modern precision machine shop and manufacturer located in Sparks, Nevada, serving both job shop and proprietary product customers. With an outstanding reputation for quality and on-time delivery, we are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Shop Foreman to lead our machining operations and help us continue delivering exceptional work and products to our customers.

Responsibilities

Program Haas CNC mills (3, 4, and 5-axis) and Haas lathes with live tooling from setup through finished part
Design and fabricate fixtures to support efficient, repeatable machining operations
Train, supervise, and support machine operators on a daily basis
Order and organize tooling inventory to keep the floor running without interruption
Own the quality control and inspection process — ensuring every part meets print before it ships

Requirements

Proven experience programming Haas CNC mills and lathes
Proficiency in 3, 4, and 5-axis milling and lathe work with live tooling
Experience with fixture design and fabrication
Supervisory or lead experience — able to train and guide operators
Experience with Mastercam a strong plus
Ability to manage tooling orders and maintain an organized, efficient shop floor
Innovative and solution oriented mindset

REQUIRED: Strong inspection and quality control background — this is non-negotiable

REQUIRED: SolidWorks proficiency — must be able to work directly from 3D models
