Job Overview:

Are you a dynamic, organized, and tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you love supporting a team, creating an inviting office atmosphere, and making a real impact? If so, we want you to join our team as an Office Administrator (OA) at John L. Scott!

As the backbone of our office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting our dedicated real estate professionals. You’ll work closely with the Office Leader to foster a positive, productive, and welcoming environment. From marketing and social media to tech support and broker assistance, your contributions will be essential to our office’s success.

What You’ll Do:

· Be the friendly face that welcomes guests and handles external inquiries.

· Assist and train brokers on company tools, technology, and best practices.

· Support marketing efforts, including designing flyers, postcards, social media content, and email campaigns.

· Manage office operations, ensuring a well-maintained, professional workspace.

· Oversee transaction and listing files, broker licensing, and onboarding paperwork.

· Provide tech support and troubleshoot equipment issues in collaboration with IT.

· Organize and coordinate office events, fostering a connected team environment.

· Support billing, commission processing, and general administrative tasks.

· Adapt to new challenges and contribute to office-wide initiatives.

What You Bring:

· A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a professional demeanor.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a dynamic setting.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with social media and marketing is a plus!

· A background in real estate (preferred but not required) or customer service.

Qualifications:

· College degree or equivalent work experience preferred

· Two years or more customerservice

· General office and administrative experience, PC/MAC and data entry skills required

· Marketing and Social Media Management experience – Canva experience preferred

· Microsoft Office intermediate/advanced skills required

· Real Estate experience helpful but not required

Position & Benefits:

· The position is in person, full-time, Monday-Friday, and is considered non-exempt for purposes of Wage and Hour Law

· Pay is from $23 to $26 (Per hour)
