Overview

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing QA/Inventory Control Specialist, where your expertise will ensure the highest standards of quality and precise inventory management. In this vital role, you will oversee quality assurance processes, conduct thorough inspections, and maintain accurate inventory records to support our commitment to excellence. Your proactive approach will help uphold compliance with industry regulations and foster continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Duties

Conduct inspections and quality control checks on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure product dimensions meet specifications
Collect and analyze data to identify trends or potential issues in product quality
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with quality standards
Inventory control

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role preferred
Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications
Excellent data collection and analysis skills
Good communication skills to effectively communicate with production teams and report findings
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
ERP/MRP experience preferred
Note: Knowledge of ISO standards and experience in a manufacturing environment are desirable.
