Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator .

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and comprehensive construction estimates using industry-standard software such Bluebeam
Lead project planning sessions to establish scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure favorable terms that maximize project profitability.
Oversee project execution on-site by coordinating with construction management teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Implement effective cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly and maintain strong professional relationships.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction estimating with proficiency in Bluebeam software for digital plan review and markup.
Demonstrated ability in negotiation for contracts, pricing agreements, and change orders that benefit both client satisfaction and company profitability.
Expertise in glazing or general construction estimating processes including cost analysis and bid preparation
In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, project management principles, cost control strategies, and safety standards.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
