Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be the key point of contact for clients seeking personalized insurance solutions for their homes, vehicles, and other personal assets. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help build lasting relationships, provide tailored coverage options, and ensure clients feel confident and supported every step of the way. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine sales acumen with exceptional customer service, all while contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through proactive communication and personalized service
Identify client needs by analyzing their insurance portfolios and recommending appropriate coverage options
Manage new business development through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and retail sales activities
Negotiate policy terms, coverage limits, and pricing to meet client needs while achieving sales goals
Process sales administration tasks efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and policy updates
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products and enhance client engagement strategies
Provide ongoing customer service support by addressing inquiries, processing claims, and managing benefits administration as needed

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals while ensuring client satisfaction
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
Ability to analyze client data and insurance policies to recommend optimal solutions
Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM systems for managing client information
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to confidentiality and data security in insurance practices
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach that fosters trust and loyalty
Familiarity with marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
Experience in benefits administration or benefits consulting is a plus
Ability to handle telemarketing campaigns confidently while maintaining compliance with industry standards
