THIScar is a large, pre-owned auto retailer, allowing customers to purchase in person, or browse and purchase pre-owned vehicles from the convenience of their own homes. As a result, we sell vehicles nationwide, and across the globe. The entire process is frictionless and with the customer-centric approach as paramount. We are highly focused on customer service and take great pride in having a great team here that works well together. As the largest KBB ICO dealer in the nation, we are growing at an incredible rate and need to hire another incredible Finance Manager.

Position Overview

The Finance Manager will operate in a fairly traditional manner, with one key exception ... we sell mostly (80%) in person, but at times we do deals remotely via zoom for our out of state buyers. This person must be well-versed in F&I to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. The ideal candidate will have great time management skills, extensive experience in automotive sales and the F&I office and be able to add value to the finance process by building value in the products we offer. This person will be a well above average producer and will be held accountable for PVR, PPD, CSI and Gross Profit. This is a role for a strong producer that is HONEST, thrives on competition, wants out of the traditional rat race and values quality of life while earning a great income. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Follow proper processes to finalize the customer purchasing experience.

· Develop and maintain relationships with personnel.

· Provide support to company personnel to complete the customer experience.

· Train and develop both seasoned and inexperienced F&I closers.

· Train and manage F&I menu and reporting.

· Monitor and maintain program compliance.

· Participate in group training sessions on ethical sales techniques.

· Possess and communicate product knowledge to online clients.

· Work with internal departments to complete customer transaction

· Act as liaison between customer and transaction regarding transaction issues

· Work with accounting department on monthly remittances

· Monitor and maintain F&I product penetration through online purchasing.

Qualifications and Experience

· 5 + years automotive experience in F&I with a proven track record

· Technology skills (Word, Power Point, Excel, Adobe)

· Experience with multiple dealer DMS and MENU Providers is preferred.

· Monitor and maintain program compliance.

· Participate in group training sessions on ethical sales techniques.

· Possess and communicate product knowledge to online clients.

· Work with internal departments to complete customer transaction

· Act as liaison between customer and transaction regarding transaction issues

· Work with accounting department on monthly remittances

· Monitor and maintain F&I product penetration through online purchasing.
