Job Title: Aesthetic Nurse Injector - Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: 25311 1nterstate 45 Suite A, The Woodlands, TX 77380

Employment Type: Part-Time availability

Reports to: Medical Director / Practice Manager

We offer a comprehensive range of aesthetic and wellness treatments, including injectables, weight loss therapy, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptide therapy and regenerative medicine. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with injector experience and a passion for wellness to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers with advanced, anatomy-based techniques.
Provide/assist with additional services: SkinPen microneedling, PRF, DiamondGlow facials, dermaplaning, VI Peel, IV vitamin therapy, hormone therapy, peptide therapy and wellness injections.
Support hormone optimization and weight-loss protocols (GLP-1, peptides, lipotropics) under NP/MD delegation.
Conduct thorough patient consultations, create customized treatment plans, and deliver pre- and post-care instructions.
Educate patients on both aesthetic + wellness options, skincare products, memberships, and packages to support long-term results.
Maintain detailed documentation and charting in EMR (PatientNow).
Ensure patient safety and compliance with Texas Board of Nursing delegation rules and MOI protocols.
Collaborate with providers and patient care team to deliver seamless client experiences.
Participate in training, continuing education, vendor workshops (Allergan/Galderma), and internal skill development.
Engage in team efforts to drive growth: support open houses, referral programs, social content, and 5-star patient reviews.
Monitor and manage treatment room inventory, ensuring proper storage, ordering, and cleanliness.
Maintain an elevated professional appearance, positive attitude, and brand-aligned communication at all times.
Meet clinic expectations for patient retention, rebooking, sales goals, and service excellence.

Operations & Growth

Collaborate with the leadership team to refine service offerings and optimize business operations.
Research and recommend new technologies, services, and products to enhance patient outcomes and revenue.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering medical supplies as needed.
Assist in developing protocols for launching new treatments and services.

RN will be required to engage in social media and self-promote for marketing purposes.

Qualifications

Active Texas RN license (in good standing) and BLS (ACLS a plus).
1+ years experience with injectables (required).
Experience with IV therapy, wellness protocols, or hormone/weight-loss programs is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and sales skills with the ability to educate, recommend, and convert.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexible to work occasional evenings/Saturdays.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
