Full Job Description

Position Summary

A growing insurance organization is seeking a Bilingual Policy Operations Manager to oversee policy quality, compliance, customer service, and daily operations. This position leads a team responsible for policy administration while ensuring company and carrier standards are consistently met.

Essential Responsibilities

● Review newly issued policies to verify accuracy and compliance with underwriting guidelines.

● Evaluate policy renewals and update files to reflect claims activity, driving history, and other risk factors.

● Research and resolve policy discrepancies, including cases involving inaccurate or incomplete information.

● Coordinate carrier and internal audits by maintaining organized, compliant policy records.

● Assist customers with policy cancellations by explaining available options and answering coverage questions.

● Lead, mentor, and support the policy operations team while promoting accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

● Monitor team performance, prioritize workloads, and identify opportunities to improve processes.

● Communicate policy changes, underwriting updates, and operational procedures to ensure consistency across the department.

● Collaborate with leadership to strengthen quality standards and improve overall department performance.

Qualifications

● Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

● 3+ years of experience in personal auto insurance, policy administration, or underwriting.

● Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

● Strong understanding of underwriting practices, policy processing, and compliance standards.

● Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

● Texas Property & Casualty License required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
