Dispositions & Transaction Manager

Reidy.ai | Houston, TX in-office | Full-Time Mon - Fri 9 AM to 6 PM | Base + Uncapped Commission

Reidy is a revolutionary AI-driven operating system for real estate investors that unifies valuation, financing, analytics, and deal execution into a single platform, replacing weeks of fragmented, manual work with appraisal-grade decisions in seconds. Powered by its patented apprAIser valuation engine, a Strategy and Analysis Engine, and an Assisted Deal Marketplace, it lets investors find, underwrite, finance, and close deals in one place. Reidy monetizes as a transaction-driven marketplace, earning on both sides of every deal plus loan consulting, insurance brokerage, and recurring apprAIser revenue.

The Role

You own the buyer's journey from first touch to closing table. Half of this job is sales: marketing our inventory to investors and end users, walking them through the platform, and helping them find and buy the right property. The other half is execution: once an offer is accepted, you act as the transaction coordinator who shepherds the deal through contracts, lender coordination, title, and closing.

What You'll Do

Market Reidy's listings to investors, buyers, and end users through calls, follow-ups, and platform outreach
Guide buyers through the platform: property features, apprAIser valuations, deal analysis tools, and available loan options
Convert browsers into buyers by matching them with the right inventory and moving them to an offer
Coordinate accepted transactions end to end: contracts, signatures, deadlines, lender communication, title, and closing logistics
Keep every party (buyer, seller, lender, title) informed and on schedule so deals close on time
Track your pipeline and transaction files in our CRM with complete, audit-ready documentation

Who You Are

A relationship-driven salesperson who is equally comfortable pitching a property and chasing down a missing document
Experienced in real estate sales, dispositions, transaction coordination, or loan processing (TC experience is a real advantage)
Organized under pressure: you can run multiple transactions at different stages without dropping a deadline
A clear, proactive communicator who buyers trust and title companies like working with
Motivated by uncapped earnings and ownership of your results

Compensation

Base: $700 per week while you ramp
Commission: 15% of the revenue each of your transactions generates for Reidy (from the loan marketing fee/commission), uncapped
Transition to full commission: once your commissions reach $8,000 per month, the weekly base comes off and you earn on pure commission
Bonuses: performance bonuses for hitting KPIs (buyer conversions, transactions closed, revenue generated)
Equity: potential equity grant for a standout performer who grows with the company

Every deal you close builds the marketplace. You'll work directly with the founder, shape how transactions run on the platform, and have a genuine path to equity as Reidy scales.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $115,550.00 per year
