Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Marketers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a energetic, motivated, self-starter responsible for promoting our brand and services through various outreach strategies, including door-to-door marketing and telemarketing efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with the community to drive awareness and support for our initiatives. Duties

Conduct door-to-door marketing campaigns to promote our services and gather community feedback.
Engage potential customers through telemarketing, providing information about our offerings and answering inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to develop effective fundraising strategies and campaigns.
Supervise and train new team members in marketing techniques and customer engagement practices.
Utilize strong customer service skills to build relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
Participate in community events as an electioneer to promote our brand presence.
Collect data on market trends and customer preferences to inform future marketing strategies.

Skills

Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or fundraising is highly desirable.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse audiences.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building relationships.
Ability to market products or services creatively and effectively.
Experience in door-to-door sales or outreach preferred.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader audience.
