We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette.
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff members with attention to detail and time management.
Handle data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and word processing tools with precision.
Maintain organized filing systems, including document management and record keeping, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
Support office management activities such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic troubleshooting of office equipment.
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries courteously and assisting with administrative requests as needed.
Assisted with general bookkeeping/auditing tasks as assigned
Assist with tax document management, IRS correspondence, and tax season specific duties

Requirements

Proven clerical experience or office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with strong computer literacy and technical proficiency.
Excellent phone communication skills with a professional demeanor and adherence to phone etiquette.
Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining high productivity levels; familiarity with spreadsheets is a plus.
Experience with multi-line phone systems, filing systems, and calendar management tools is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Personal assistant or administrative support experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
