We are seeking a high-functioning Paralegal to act as our back-office command center.

The Mission & Core Responsibilities

Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will manage administrative and substantive workflows for our litigation and transactional files.

Substantive Drafting & Contracts: Independently draft complex pleadings, motions, specialized lien documents, bonding notices, tailored discovery sets, and corporate contracts.
Back-Office Court Support: Research judge-specific local rules, coordinate remote depositions, and prepare rock-solid pre-hearing binders for our attorneys.
Administrative & Discovery Ownership: Manage electronic document databases, organize massive project discovery sets, build defensible privilege logs, and execute high-volume redactions.
Team Mentorship: Guide, delegate baseline tasks to, and quality-assure the work of Junior Paralegals and Legal Assistants.

Your Tactical Arsenal (Qualifications)

Legal Operational Mastery: You excel at handling high-level files and tracking moving parts across unique business workflows.
Versatile Legal Drafting: Proven, hands-on experience navigating Westlaw/LexisNexis to draft legal research memoranda and substantive pleadings.
Hyper-Detail Oriented: An obsession with checking local judicial rules, verifying contract execution, and executing rigorous technical proofreading.
Docket & Calendar Discipline: Meticulous attention to critical statutory deadlines, lien timelines, and trial calendars.
The Vault: You handle sensitive client intelligence, corporate documentation, and evidence with absolute discretion and loyalty.
