Job Title: Administrative and Accounts Receivable Clerk

Summary

Responsible for banking and deposits, A/R collections, computing fees, preparing invoices, and providing administrative support to Customer Service and Purchasing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Verify, post, and maintain records of business and financial transactions.

Manage and file invoices, packing slips, receipts, and related documentation.

Support Business Development, Sales, Purchasing, and Marketing teams as needed.

Operate office and accounting systems, telephones, copiers, printers, and related equipment.

Follow ISO 9001 / AS9100 requirements as applicable.
