Full Job Description

We are pleased to offer you employment to provide your services as an Office Manager for our new upcoming clinic at Sage Revive ("the Facility"), located at 5 West Main Street Elmsford ny 10523

This offer is contingent upon proof of employment eligibility, a background and reference check, and confirmation that you are not bound by any contractual agreements that restrict your ability to perform your duties for our facility. This agreement outlines the terms of our engagement with you and contains a non-compete clause to protect the interests of both parties.

JOB DETAILS

1. Services to be Provided

Your general job duties would be as follows:

Maintaining the clinic/Med spa, general opening/closing office duties, working as a front desk staff, checking in & out patients, taking payments, answering phone calls, scheduling, helping with marketing, inventory tracking and ordering, reconciliation and overall operations of the clinic, supporting other employees and other miscellaneous tasks around the office as needed.

2. Scheduled Shifts

You are currently assigned to work from Monday-Friday shift from 10 :00 AM- 6:00 PM and alternate Saturdays from 10-2 pm, you should expect to work up to 45 hours per week. Your schedule may change upon business needs.

3. Term

The term of your employment would begin on the first day of hiring . Employees must provide a 60-day written notice if they decide to leave employment to provide adequate time for the employer to find a replacement, unless mutually agreed upon by both parties for an earlier termination date.

4. Compensation Package

Salary: The office manager will be paid up to $60,000 annually. All compensation would be paid consistently with Sage Revive Aesthetics normal payroll practices which may be adjusted from time to time.

Pay Period: You would receive your compensation twice per month (mid-month and end of the month) .

Benefits: You are entitled to such fringe benefits as may be provided from time-to-time to other employees occupying similar positions. Additionally, you would receive the following benefits in accordance with Sage Revive normal policies, which may be adjusted from time to time:

Paid Holidays, 5 days of Paid Time Off each year. This may increase as you accumulate more years of employment with us.

3 days of Paid Sick Leave each year. This may increase as you accumulate more years of employment with us.

One set of free stem cell/exosomes treatments each year with manager approval after 3 months of employment.

20% discount on the merchandise of the full retail price.

Qualifications

Proven office management and clerical experience at doctors office/Med spa
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in submitting payroll information, excel sheet
Experience in event planning and vendor management
Familiarity with medical office management and multi-line phone systems
Ability to manage schedules and train team members effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
