Job Summary

An AOM keeps things running smoothly within the dental practice. He/ She is the star player who we can trust with almost every part of the business (besides tending to people’s teeth, of course!)

To become our AOM, we're seeking someone who is both collaborative and personable. You will handle employee schedules, supplies, resources, customer service control, and cash flow. It should come naturally to you to follow up with patients, provide direction, and motivate the team.

*Responsibilities*

Help manages the dental practice from start to finish, including patient care and finances
Assists with treatments as needed, receive patients, makes appointments, and maintains provider schedule
Processes insurance claims and payments in accordance with the company's policies and procedures
Oversees the administrative parts of running a dental practice, such as employee relations concerns, performance assessments terminations, and leadership development programs
Creates business strategy to maximize profitability
Organize and track office supplies
Patients and staff schedules are booked and scheduled
Daily, coordinate office procedures.
Boost efficiency and productivity
Maintain billing and cash management systems
Recruiting and training new employees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
