Utilize POS systems such as TOAST for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking
Control inventory levels, monitor food costs, and implement effective food management strategies to maximize profitability
Supervise shift management, ensuring proper staffing levels and efficient workflow during busy periods
Conduct regular staff training on customer service excellence, food safety, and operational procedures
Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and sanitation practices in all areas of the restaurant
Foster a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality excellence, and guest satisfaction
