Senior Project Accountant
Salary: $90K–$120K base + ~5% bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Project Accountant:

Lead financial reporting and accounting for large, complex construction projects
Prepare and manage monthly billing packages, including GMP/T&M applications
Track accounts receivable, cash flow forecasts, and ensure timely collections
Coordinate subcontractor/vendor payments and manage lien waiver processes
Partner with project managers to ensure accurate cost tracking and contract compliance
Support process improvements and system enhancements within finance

Qualifications for the Senior Project Accountant:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
5+ years of accounting experience (construction or project-based industry preferred)
Advanced Excel skills (large datasets, formulas, reporting)
Experience with project accounting and financial reporting
