Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and client services while ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Assist clients with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on client inquiries and provide updates as necessary.
Maintain accurate data entry of client information and interactions in the database.
Collaborate with team members to improve client services and streamline processes.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively for documentation and reporting purposes.
Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients, ensuring professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets is an advantage.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable; proficiency in English is required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
Familiarity with call center operations is a plus; prior call center experience is beneficial.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry tasks.
