Baymont Inn & Suites I-44 is a business in Springfield, MO. We are professional, agile, social and our goal is to Provide our guests with quality and efficient service. We aim to provide a wonderful experience and great customer service..

We are looking for an organized and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, providing information about the hotel and its services, and handling all check-ins and check-outs. The Front Desk Agent should have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and has a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
Answer telephone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Provide information about services offered and the local area.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
