We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Firehouse Subs® Restaurant!!! Part-time positions are available. A Team Member must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the “Face” of Firehouse Subs. Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people.

Compensation:

$15.00-$18.00

Essential Functions include:

Responsible for customer product and service standards
Foster an environment of team work
Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer and store experience
Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
Execute quality store operations
Clean store, small wares, merchandise and physical plant as necessary
Must be able to operate food preparation machinery
Adhere to all food, safety and security guidelines
Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies

Additional Requirements:

Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills
Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F

Firehouse Subs is a fast-casual restaurant chain that specializes in hot subs, made right. We serve large portions of premium meats and cheeses, \steamed\ hot and placed atop fresh produce on a toasted sub roll. Each restaurant offers a family-oriented dining atmosphere, complete with an authentic firefighter theme that celebrates local firefighting history, as well as the founding family's 200 years of firefighting service.
We are currently looking for passionate Crew Members to join our team! We are hiring for FULL- and PART-TIME positions!
Crew Members are primarily responsible for prepping inventory and working on the make stations to fulfill customer orders. The Crew Members are on their feet for the majority of the shift while working different stations in the sub making process. Initially, Crew Members are trained in one position, i.e. Cashier, Sandwich Makers, then your training will expand so that you are cross-trained for all positions.
Ideal candidates will:

Have flexible scheduling availability Mon - Sun, 8AM to 9PM
Have an outgoing personality
Smile easily
Always put the customer first
Represent the Firehouse brand
Deliver top-notch customer service every shift
