Full Job Description

Position Summary

Metro Motor Collision is seeking a professional and customer-focused Estimator to join our growing team. The Estimator plays a vital role as the first point of contact with customers, creating accurate repair estimates and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, assess vehicle damage, and write accurate, detailed estimates.
Communicate with insurance companies to obtain approvals and process claims.
Coordinate with body techs and painters to ensure repairs align with estimates.
Keep customers updated on repair status and timelines with professionalism.
Maintain accurate documentation in CCC (or equivalent estimating software).
Ensure all estimates and supplements meet OEM and Metro Motor standards.
Assist in scheduling and workflow planning to maximize shop efficiency.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as an estimator in a collision repair environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of CCC, Audatex, or Mitchell estimating systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
