Full Job Description

A modern, state-of-the-art multi-location office with Headquarer in Arlington VA, is seeking an exceptional Office Manager to join our top-rated dental practices and team.

Qualified candidates must possess the following job requirement criteria:

or more years of front desk experience in a private dental practice
5 or more years of experience managing a team (minimum of 2 team members directly managing) Dentrix, Open Dental & Eaglesoft experience is a prefered.
In depth understanding of PPO insurance, including both in-network and out-of-network insurance benefits
Extremely organized and tech savvy (we are a modern, paperless office)
Strong leadership and motivation skills (teacher)
Exceptional customer service skills (must enjoy speaking to and working with others)
High school or GED level educational requirement (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred)

Job Duties:

Managing a team of 5 or more front desk team members
Administrative duties, Submit Claims, posting payments and following up unpaid claims.
Morning huddle preparation and execution
Customer service management
Patient schedule optimization and management

Schedule:

40 hours per week (5 days per week)
