Experienced AV Technicians & Senior Lead Technicians Wanted

With more than 100 years of combined industry experience, we have become one of the St. Louis area's leading custom integration companies. We are a 50/50 Residential and Commercial integrator, giving our team the opportunity to work on a wide variety of exciting projects instead of the same type of installation every day.

Our residential work includes custom home theaters, whole-home audio, Control4 smart homes, security systems, surveillance cameras, networking, outdoor entertainment, and lighting control. Our commercial projects include conference rooms and boardrooms, houses of worship, restaurants, offices, schools, digital signage, distributed audio systems, video walls, presentation systems, wireless presentation, paging systems, surveillance and structured cabling.

Positions Available

We are currently hiring:

AV Technician
Senior Lead AV Technician

Whether you are an experienced installer looking to continue growing your career or a seasoned lead technician capable of running projects and mentoring others, we have an opportunity for you.

What You Will Do

Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities may include:

Residential and Commercial AV installations
Conference rooms, boardrooms, and presentation systems
Video walls and digital signage
Distributed commercial audio and paging systems
Home theater and surround sound systems
Control4 smart home installation and programming
Security, surveillance, and access control systems
Camera system and NVR installation
Structured wiring
Outdoor audio and video systems
Universal remote programming (Control4, URC, and others)
Network installation and configuration including routers, switches, VLANs, and wireless access points
Reading blueprints and system drawings
Troubleshooting systems and delivering clean, professional installations

Senior Lead Technicians will also oversee projects, coordinate with customers, general contractors, and project managers, maintain installation quality, schedule field activities, and mentor technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and to our standards.

What We Are Looking For

2+ years of Audio/Video or Low Voltage experience
Strong knowledge of Residential and Commercial AV systems
Experience with networking and IP-based devices
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
Professional appearance and communication skills
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Reliable transportation and personal hand tools
Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
