Full Job Description

We're looking for one experienced line cook. Our team is good and we work together well. We want to add one more cook who enjoys the trenches and can work efficiently.

If you can keep your mind clear and calm, blast through tickets on a busy shift, produce excellent food every time and clean up thoroughly, then we will pay you what you deserve. We mean that. We came from this industry and we get it. If you are a ticket-destroying monster, then this may be a good job for you.

We work hard at Sneaky's. The rush hits hard and can last for 3+ hours. We do great sales for a tiny little place. But we are also reasonable people. You'll never work the 14-hour shifts restaurants are famous for. You'll never have to work a 50-hour week. You'll always have two days off work to do whatever you care about.

We have a brand new kitchen. Our menu is simple and incredibly small. Our quality, consistency, and efficiency standards are high. The new kitchen is open to the dining room, so our cleaning standards are ultra high. Even still, for a truly experienced cook in this industry, this job feels easy.

Pay:

Weekly Direct Deposit.

$20-24 an hour Base Rate
Tip Pool is calculated for every shift.
Weekend cooks are averaging $8 per hour in tips.

Paid Time Off:

Starts accruing on your first day
Can be used after 90 days.
1st Year - 1 Hour for every 40 hours worked
2nd Year - 2 Hours for every 40 hours worked
