Now, we’re looking for a Legal Secretary to join our team and help us keep making a real impact.

What you'll do:

✅ Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals in all aspects of Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury cases

✅ Prepare and file legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings accurately and on time

✅ Communicate with clients, court staff, and other professionals in a professional and friendly manner

✅ Schedule depositions, hearings, and appointments while managing attorneys’ calendars

✅ Maintain and organize case files both digitally and physically

✅ Assist with billing, case management, and correspondence handling

✅ Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office with a proactive and team-focused approach
