What You'll Do

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will manage the full sales cycle from initial customer interaction through signed agreement.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

Engage directly with potential customers in their homes
Build rapport and establish trust through professional interactions
Create positive customer experiences from the first conversation

Needs Assessment & Solution Presentation

Learn about homeowner needs and project goals
Present tailored solutions based on individual situations
Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our services
Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations

Full-Cycle Sales Management

Qualify leads and identify customer needs
Address questions and objections professionally
Guide customers through the decision-making process
Negotiate and secure signed agreements
Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process

Activity & Performance Management

Maintain consistent daily activity levels
Manage appointments and follow-up communications
Track sales activities and customer interactions
Work toward achieving and exceeding performance goals

Professional Representation
